Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help. Please check the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or your order number. For safety and hygiene purposes, please try on the swimwear using the hygienic liner received with your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at solmaryycbeachwear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at solmaryycbeachwear@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In this case you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return your order.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. To exchange an item, please follow the return instructions. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
